Save-the-Date! GLCC’s annual Christmas Party will be here before you know it! Mark your calendars for Friday, December 19th at 6:30pm. The place is the same – John Ascuaga’s Nugget – but the activities are not! Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for youth under the age of twelve, They will be on sale soon! 

Christmas Dinner Food Drive! It’s not too late to contribute to the GLCC food drive. Food bags will be given to seniors in our community as well as some needy families’ right here at GLCC. All who are able are asked to donate the following items to our food drive: canned hams, canned veggies, and/or boxed mashed potatoes. If you are unable to purchase items, please feel free to donate to the cause by placing your cash donation in a tithing/offering envelope and writing “food drive” on the “other” line. Winter Clothing Drive: The Women of GLCC are currently collecting the following items for our winter clothing drive: coats, hats, scarves and gloves.  Items will be given to clients of A.C.C.E.P.T and to the Reno Gospel Mission along with information about Jesus Christ.  Please place your winter clothing items in the large decorated box located in the outside foyer.

The Women’s Ministry of GLCC will be conducting a special two-part series designed to strengthen our Confidence in Christ.  The first part of the series was held on this past Friday.  The second part of the series will be held at GLCC in the MPR at 11 am on Sat., Dec. 6th.  A video clip will be shown and an interactive discussion/coaching session will be conducted.
