Friends and Family Sunday! GLCC will be having Friends and Family Sunday on November 29th. This is your opportunity to invite the people you know to a service just for them. NNBCAS (No. NV Black Cultural Awareness Society) presents is annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Essay Contest. There will be prizes for Elementary students’ grades 1st-3rd and 4th-6th, Middle School, High School, and College. All entries must be received no later than Jan. 4, 2016 to MLKESSAY@NNBCAS.ORG. It’s That Time Again! The Annual GLCC Christmas Party will be held on Friday, December 11th. This year, we’ve decreased the price and increased the fun! Tickets are $15 per adult and $10 per child under 12. We’ve added new games and contests, brought back favorites, and of course, there will be musical chairs. This year’s theme is “Ugly Christmas Sweater”. See the table in the vestibule for tickets and more information.
